"Paul gave me around a 1 to 2 hour consultation and took time to really understand the kind of sound that I was looking for and how to get that from the set-up I had. After about a day he had finished work on the mouth piece. He had taken an ebonite Martin Handcraft vintage mouth piece and completely re-engineered the design, whilst also creating an excellent professional finish. The mouth piece is excellent. It plays beautifully and has totally transformed the saxophone; the work Paul has done has given me peace-of-mind that the whole sax is giving me the best possible sound I could hope for. I performed live for the first time with it last night. Afterwards a few very experienced musicians commented on the excellent and unique sound that had come across.
